Project Overview

OwnFood is a dedicated online platform for home-made and restaurant food, connecting Customers, Sellers, and Riders in a unified ecosystem. The platform operates across Bangladesh with a head office in Warren, MI, USA, and has expansion plans to the US and UK. As Senior Developer & PM (Technical), I architected the entire OwnFood ecosystem from the ground up.

Key Contributions:

• – Architected the complete OwnFood ecosystem — designing data flow and platform structure across three interconnected apps: Customer, Seller (Partner), and Rider.
• – Customer App: Enables browsing, ordering instant food, placing pre-orders, and requesting catering services with real-time order tracking.
• – Seller/Partner App: Full menu management (add, edit, remove items), instant/pre-order handling, catering management, and real-time order notifications with customer details.
• – Rider App: Live delivery request notifications, accept/reject flow, real-time delivery tracking, and earnings/transaction history.
• – Building an AI-powered ordering system integrated with an intelligent chatbot for automated, context-aware order assistance.
• – Led and oversaw the development team, ensuring consistent code quality, clean architecture, and on-time delivery across all modules.
