Ayvaz is a globally recognized industrial solutions provider with 75+ years of manufacturing expertise, operating across Turkey, Bulgaria, Poland, and China. Built for Ayvaz's China branch (Ningbo, Zhejiang), this project encompasses two interconnected systems — a full-stack marketing and portfolio website and a powerful internal ERP system.

Marketing Website

Designed and developed to showcase Ayvaz China's industrial product catalog (expansion joints, flexible metal hoses, valves, steam equipment) to global buyers.

• – Implemented internationalization (i18n) for Chinese and English audiences, increasing engagement from Chinese users by 25%.
• – Dynamically fetched product data via server actions, avoiding unnecessary API calls for faster response times.
• – Built with Next.js, ensuring improved SEO and fast page loads.

Internal ERP System

• – Architected a scalable B2B operations platform managing the entire China branch workflow — from supply chain to order delivery.
• – Developed a Supplier Bidding Module enabling the company to receive and evaluate competitive supplier offers.
• – Implemented Order Management, Client and Supplier management, and inter-team communication tools.
• – Used MongoDB for data storage and Alibaba Cloud OSS for secure file management, ensuring fast responses.
• – Led the development team to ensure code quality and on-time delivery of all modules.
